After submitting your order, a staff member will call you to verify details and confirm your cleaning cost, including sales tax. Pickup and Delivery is complimentary. Payment will be due when we receive your item(s). Prefer to drop off at our facility? A 10% discount will be applied to your order.

We will do our best to accomodate your requested date and time (within a three hour window). Rugs should be ready for pickup if utilizing our complimentary service. Rolled, folded (or cleared off for our drivers to roll up) and accessible. If sending pads in for cleaning, please roll them separately on any rugs larger than 8x10, to minimize roll weight. Parking should be readily accessible at your location. Include any details we may need in notes. (Gate code, apt #, etc..) Choose White Glove if you would like us to take care of everything, including moving furniture. We can cater to any specific request for an additional fee.
