Today we introduced google maps into https://www.thecustomerfactor.com So you can now retrieve and print directions for any specific prospect or customer. You can also print directions for all your appointments in a single day with one click.

Here’s a screenshot showing you the button location in a customer profile screen:

If a prospect or customer happens to have multiple locations as shown in the screenshot below, then when you open up the map location window, it’ll show you all the locations in the window, so that you can retrieve and/or print only the directions you need for your desired location.

If you want to print directions for the day, simply head on over to the daily calendar. You’ll see a “view daily directions” button at bottom left of screen:

If you click this button you’ll open up a window where you can then print the directions for all your appointments for the day.
