There are two ways to convert an Estimate to a job for customers. If you create an estimate as a customer you’ll see a “Schedule” link to the right of the estimate.

If you click on that a new window will open up wherein you need to  insert a date,and make sure to click “Schedule” button at the bottom of the screen and that’s method 1.

Method 2 is  to click the estimate and on “Estimate screen,  click the “Estimate to Invoice” button at the top right of the page.

Enter the date and click “Schedule”.
